As always, I’m trying to give you common sense and good research backed information that might help you make better decisions about how to navigate supporting your immune system.

We’ve been talking a lot about vitamin C in the past month. I’ve talked about some other things that you can do. And we’ve talked about some of the big hitters in the nutritional world. We’ve talked about NAC, we talked about vitamin A and vitamin D. We talked about zinc, we talked about quercitin.
