I had some cupcakes today with my son, and two Mc D latte’s. I don’t know what was going on – one for the therapist office I guess.
Anyway, I really can’t stand my symptoms. An upset stomach would be easier. Instead my left side feels numbish and my face tingles – it will even affect my speech (but only I can tell it’s really subtle). UGH! It’s really old sometimes. I know I’m not a victim, but that’s just how I’m feeling in this moment.
The frustrating thing is anything I’ve ever considered “fun” to eat if off limits. On the other hand, I let my kitchen get understocked so my normal yummy, “go to” foods were out which makes the junk stuff more tempting.
I”m glad you got confirmation!!

Thanks, I just saw this today. I figured out I was paying for this, so I thought I better appreciate having it. My nutrient absorbtion test is Tuesday. Finally. Oh, I also have a food intolerance test.
I tried just for grins one day taking some B12 my son had left over. I felt really good for about 4 days. Then my supply ran out.
I won’t be without my B’s!
Dr. Osbourne has used http://www.rxlist.com in one of his videos. Look under “other ingredients” and that is helpful. You can watch the video he has on medications & gluten. It is great and very enlightening!!
Thanks Dr. O.
Thanks for posting and sharing your story. I am so happy you find the real reason and you did not give up!!! Keep trusting your instincts.
You may need to go to an MD for an ultrasound/medical test.
Well, corn is a grain so it does have compnents of it. Gluten is the protein in wheat. I forgot the name of the protein in the corn – but you are exactly right Anthony.
A grain is a grain.
Also, corn is one of the most commonly GMO’d food out there!!!
I can eat, with no issues, some corn tortilla chips that are non-GMO, good fats no added gluten, no MSG, etc. (found @ the health food store) for an occasional nacho treat but that’s the extent of my corn eating.
In one of the videos here, Dr. O has a chart which shows this.

Also, chic-fil-a contains, HFCS, MSG, and anti-foaming chemicals.
corporate food [fast food, prepared foods etc]
How do you know all this? Anti-foaming chemicals in food?? Really??
Thank you so much.
I see corn starch in lots of things. Is this gluten from the corn, or gluten from wheat that’s added to it?
Welcome aboard. There is LOTS of helpful information here.

All new videos are not posted under the tab. You will receive an email once it is ready The video will also have a link to the slideshow below it. Make sure to download this as not all slides are fully appreciated in the video
Hi Dr. O,
I’m not exactly understanding the answer. What are you referring to when you say “Make sure to download this?”
Do you mean download the slides under the video when we receive the link?
Will all videos eventually be listed so I don’t miss out on any?
And, do you have a specific video or post on IBS? I have friends with this and I keep telling them about gluten, but I’d love to send them your resources.
Gluten free is great for everyone! It will certainly help your son’s gut!
Oh yes. Once you start watching the videos here I think more will make sense. Gluten has been traced to aggravate and indirectly or indirectly cause your current issues.
Dr. O will know the full scoop, though!
