Coming to this a bit late, sorry! We have only just got the Cyrex tests in the UK and I am just looking at them. I agree they are much better than what we have currently, as you say, but still limited to antibody reactions to a few of the peptides etc. What are the four other ways the immune system can react besides antibodies you mention, please, Dr O? I’m not sure what you are referring to there? Thanks – and thank you for saying that about the limitations of the tests – not many have come out and said that!

Any fermentation needs a sugar form and most often in supplements that seems to be corn. It’s why I and many of my patients have trouble with supplements as many are made using fermentation techniques. We’ve found enzymes to be the hardest to take which is a shame as i would bet everyone of us needs them!

Any news on the substrate in this one pls, Dr O?

Thanks, I wonder why I keep finding high B12 results here in the UK then with my patients?! Admittedly serum as we can’t get Spectracell here yet – prohibitively expensive but I’m working on it. They are not on supplements. Odd.

I have given up trying to find a toothpaste here in the UK at least, John. I use 1 drop of peppermint essential oil in the morning and 1 drop of teatree essential oil at night and brush really well. Seems to work. I had a terrible gum infection which led me to the realisation of gluten sensitivity and as soon as I removed gluten from my diet and, importantly, stopped putting anything suspect in my mouth dentally-speaking, my so-called 'infection' which 5 lots of very strong antibiotics had failed to stop, went. Nuff said.

Shampoo – I use an Oxfam range here but to be honest I wash it off really quick so if anything is in it, it Laughdoesn't have time to absorb!
