    We have removed all grains to include: Quinoa, Buckwheat, Amaranth, Corn, Rice, etc.  We still have plenty of options for meals.  Eggs, Meat (grass fed pastured), Pork, Chicken, Wild Caught Fish, Vegetables, and Fruits.  For baking I use coconut flour, almond flour, flax meal, chia seeds, tapioca starch, potato starch, and arrowroot starch.  It can be challenging, but with a little practice (and creativity) you can be healthy and still indulge in the occasional bread, cookies, and cakes.    Check the recipe section often, or a quick web search for grain free recipes will help inspire Laugh

    You may want to try using Bragg’s Amino Acid instead of Worcestershire Sauce.

    It is made with Soy, but it’s non-GMO and Fermented…the right kind if you aren’t allergic to soy.
