I found out this fall that I am sensitive to rice so having this bread mix available has helped a lot! I’ve tried other grain free breads but the texture wasn’t as good and they were more crumbly. I like that it is moist but I learned you do have to keep it in the refrigerator or freeze it if you don’t use it within a few days. By far this is the Best GF bread mix, so close to wheat texture, without the digestive damage. Taste is great, we made a giant pan pizza supreme. The problem with most all GF bread product’s, the added petroleum byproduct’s, which we have a major problem with side effect’s. Petroleum is always a neurotoxin & carcinogenic, we don’t have the technology to removed these effect’s. But corruption deems it edible, all without a degree in toxicology.

Most gluten free breads have corn flour or rice flour in them, or other grains and nonsense. This is the first bread I’ve been able to eat in a very long time. For those who gave it less than five stars… don’t expect a grain free bread to be like a nice fluffy wheat flour bread. It’s not the same thing! This is a completely grain free bread, and that is amazing. It’s easy to make and it’s delicious. The texture is more dense than a regular bread, and it’s more spongey and light than a lot of other gluten free breads. The egg whites you add make it high in protein. Most importantly, I have no problem digesting it. I am so grateful to be able to make a sandwich or just have a piece of toast again. Thank you! Love it! I hope you will come out with more recipes to use this bread mix in.
