I take Detox C powder twice a day and Detox C tabsules at every meal, and I have not been sick with even a cold all the time I’ve taken them. The only reason I didn’t give this product five stars is that I take many supplements, so I cannot SWEAR that my good health is due to the Vitamin C. At the slightest sign of illness, though, I turn to taking even more Detox C for increased protection. Gotta love Vitamin C!!!
