This product had made me horribly constipated! It not the fault of the product…I think I have a big problem with fiber! Apparently I can’t even handle 4 grams of fiber in my diet anymore. It tasted ok I guess but I only used 3 scoops (3 days) before I was forced to stop. My Dr told me to take this. I’m beginning to think I might have gastroperisis?? I don’t like it has flavors and a sweetner added. I’m totally sugar free so I don’t want any sweetner at all.
