Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that comes from several different foods. Liver, milk fat, butter, and cheese are some of the richest sources of vitamin A. Additionally, pro vitamin A (carotenoids) can be found in carrots, sweet potato and other bright yellow and orange colored fruits and vegetables.

Emulsification is used to assist with uptake and assimilation. Ultra A is an oil-in-water emulsion. Vitamin A oil has been dispersed into microscopic particles to aid absorption and assimilation.
