Ultra B12 .

I was told by my doctor to start taking some B-12, so looking for something with natural ingredients I came across these! I started using the first day I got them and man I could tell right away the way they made me feel. I don’t require afternoon naps anymore, my shortness of breath had subsided, my cravings for sugar has subsided also, I truly have more energy than I’ve had in years with my Hashimoto disease. I dissolve one under my tongue in the morning and I’m good to go all day! Another funny thing that happen due to having to wear the mask right now, which I despise, I’m actually able to wear it covering my nose and not feel like I can’t breath! If you are looking for a B-12 supplement to take, I would highly recommend this! I have only been taking them for 3 weeks, but will be buying more!
