Many people who go gluten free continue to complain about digestive and intestinal issues. Keep in mind that gluten exposure occurs very frequently when purchasing packaged or processed foods. Research shows that this problem occurs as frequently as 41% of the time. A similar finding was recently discovered in random supplement products tested for gluten. 24% of products tested were cross contaminated.
