This product is incredible for me. Previously, I was unable to go outdoors when my husband was mowing the lawn due to significant environmental allergies. This summer, I have to help with weed eating as my husband now has bad knees. This product helps me do it! I take two tablets before I start, and another tablet after I finish. Although I get slightly stuffy, my allergies remain under control. What a blessing to find a natural product instead of using the antihistamine I was on for over 20 years!

I take it mainly for seasonal allergies and find that it does help. I still get symptoms sometimes, but they are much more manageable and I only have to resort to taking OTC allergy meds occasionally on very high pollen days or when certain plants are adding a lot of pollen to the air. I like that I experience no side effects from Hist Assist, unlike the OTC meds. I will continue to use it.

My chiropractor and naturopathic doctor put me on pine bark for my allergies and sinus symptoms that were unbearable causing much dizziness. Many headaches started taking the pine bark worked for a while then it increased. My dizziness stopped taking it back to square one. Took the gluten sensitivity test. Found out I was gluten intolerant. I also have many allergies and one of the things that Dr. Osborne recommended was hysticist for me without even knowing my history. Just looking at my blood work. Amen. Praise the Lord! It showed up on my blood work and he suggested hysticist. I cannot say enough about this. No headaches. It clears the mucus out of my head and ears and face does not cause headaches and has no other symptoms. It just gives me great relief. I’m so thankful for this product. I did the 7-Day loading dose and I’m now taking the daily dose of two per day. It is working. I live in the south where it’s humid moldy loaded with pollen so much. You can see it on everything so if you have allergies this is not a good place to live but I love where I live and I’m thankful for this product. Thank you Dr. Osborne for your honesty. So thankful for a doctor who really truly cares and wants to help people.. God bless you
