I have started using Ultra Digest. I have learned a lot from Dr. Osborne in the last several years. I am having GERD issues that I am trying to resolve through diet and I believe that the enzymes will be helpful. I saw that another reviewer mentioned that this did not “upset mast cell activation” so I hope that holds true for me. I am hoping it helps with my protocol to resolve SIBO, if that is what is behind the GERD. I am currently awaiting an impedance test.
