    Aches and pains in my knees has improved and definitely improved sleep!! I’ve only used it for about four days, I take it at night and I’m sleeping better.

    After taking Berberine, thanks to Dr. O, and fixing my high blood sugar problem, my low blood sugar problem got worse. I was losing muscle rapidly due to my ongoing health problem that causes me physical stress. I wondered if I was going to live much longer, and it was getting hard to get up from the floor. First I stopped sending myself frequencies of a few supplements that accelerated this; then I decided I need more protein; and finally I added glycine. All 3 of these helped, and I have not lost any more weight since the day after I started the glycine…about 3 months ago. (I gained 1 pound). And I’m not taking as much glycine as I should, because the full scoop ruins the taste of the coffee and tea. I put less than 1 gram in each, and now I’m also adding it to my protein bars.
