I am never without at least one Gluten Shield anywhere I go. My meals are typically home cooked gf/df/ and grain free, but occasionally I would like to go out to eat with my husband and friends. (Usually I send him out with friends and just stay home so I’m not glutened.) However, this product does allow a bit of freedom to at least hang out with friends and eat some grilled chicken and salad without the excruciating pain, brain fog, cystic acne, and itching that ensues from eating the occasional food that is said to be gf but is not.
I don’t have to use it often, but I’m thankful to have it should the need arise.
