I thought I had watched this in one of the videos also, but cannot seem to find it now either!  My question on this subject though is how to get enough carbs (following the 1/3 ratio to fats and protein) on a grain free diet.  Although I eat LOTS of fruits and veggies, along with meat, eggs, and nuts I have found it difficult to keep carbs in line with fat and protein….is this an issue or is the 1/3 ratio goal not practical being grain free?
