I have both genes for celiac disease. I actually don’t have any noticeable reactions to gluten. If I eat breads and sugars I feel like I ate sludge and I drag all day. But I don’t have any stomach pain or nausea. In fact I don’t have any immediate reaction to any food. I do have gluten intolerance and 13 delayed allergies. Tough for me because I can’t tell if I’m reacting to a food. It just happens later on when I’m not looking–whatever the reaction is.
