We have removed all grains to include: Quinoa, Buckwheat, Amaranth, Corn, Rice, etc.  We still have plenty of options for meals.  Eggs, Meat (grass fed pastured), Pork, Chicken, Wild Caught Fish, Vegetables, and Fruits.  For baking I use coconut flour, almond flour, flax meal, chia seeds, tapioca starch, potato starch, and arrowroot starch.  It can be challenging, but with a little practice (and creativity) you can be healthy and still indulge in the occasional bread, cookies, and cakes.    Check the recipe section often, or a quick web search for grain free recipes will help inspire Laugh
