I know they have different kinds of Probiotics. The reason for these is to ensure the balance of the right kinds of flora and bacteria in our stomachs and bowels. Antibiotics can kill these important bacteria. I know they have dairy or yogurt type Probiotics, and they have some made from Kelp and Sea Weeds, or green. Again, I think we have to look at ingredients as we do with anything. Anyone allergic to peanuts or eggs has to do this too. Yogurt is bacteria. That is how we get yogurt. If you look at it like that, it makes sense. They say in ancient times, Moses and the Isrealites ate yogurt to keep their bowels open as they traveled in the deserts. Thought that bit of info was interesting.
