Not only do they have quinoa and other pseudo grains (that I don't recommend),  they have a lot of soy.  Many of the recipes focus on sweets and desert based foods.  All that being said, you can pick and choose good recipes from the sight as well.  Just don't forget the cardinal rule of nutrition – Can't get healthy or stay healthy eating unhealthy foods (gluten free or not).Laugh
