Lori,

I would advise that you put bread out of your mind.  There is no such thing as gluten free bread.  Some people use processed coconut and almond flours.  Not healthy!

Remember that you cannot achieve or maintain health eating food that is not healthy.

Try wrapping meat and vegetables in lettuce as a substitute.  Hang in there.  It gets easierLaugh
