Great question!

Some people make breads using coconut, almond, and tapioca flours.  They do not have the same texture of consistency as normal bread, so it may be a let down for you.  

As far as gluten free pasta is concerned, I recommend using mung bean noodles (also called glass noodles).  You can also use spaghetti squash as a pasta substitute.
