Congratulations on all you've achieved so far! I use starches to maintain weight, or I just keep losing weight not eating any and get too thin. It's all in the balance. Just 2 starches a week keeps my weight steady. That's not alot, so I'm sensitive to sugars and put weight on fast if I eat too much of them too often.
Some of my symptoms have changed since I changed my diet and added iodine. I really won't know what's wrongl unil all the test results are in. I'll keep you posted. Diane
