I have seen a ton of improvements, I still have some issues. I think I am figuring out my thyroid issue finally. My functional medicine Dr. put me on Armour and I FINALLY have energy like I did when I was a kid. I can't believe it. I work all day hardly ever sit down and am LOVING it!!!! I feel so good. I still have some aches and pains that I know are related to inflammation, but it is getting better. I have lost 50 lbs, but still have about another 75 or so to go. I am really struggling with that right now. Haven't dropped a single pound in months, but I'm not giving up. I am having a hard time going completely paleo. (which I believe is what I need to lose the weight) I really like my dry beans and my wild rice. I also use arrowroot for a lot of things. But, I figure one baby step at a time. I do know when I have been glutened now. I am very moody and constipation and diahhrea.  The moodiness is REALLY bad just like a bad case of PMS.  It is always something stupid that I did to myself.  I do not eat any sugar only stevia, xylitol (in very small moderation) and honey. I have given up potatoes also that has helped. Everything I do has helped, but sometimes I get that feeling sorry for myself mood and eat things like potatoes and then I am really sorry!Yell  I am thinking after summer is over I am going to try the GAPS diet. My stomach issues have never straightened up, I've ordered probiotics from Dr. O's office and will start there. I am going to try making yogurt with almond milk, we'll see how it all works out. But, like I said one baby step at a tiime. I know I am soooooo much better than I was two years ago. To think this all started with my great niece when her parents found out she had celiac disease. I started reading all of their books and it gradually led to this. I want everyone I know to be where I am and I have to remember they have to go through their own process of learning all of this.

Improvements that I can think of right now: restless leg syndrom (gone!), night sweats (gone!), 50 lbs (gone!), plantar fasciitis (almost completely gone!), arthritis symptoms in hands (gone! unless I eat something stupid!), headaches (gone!) Dry Skin (GREATLY and I mean GREATLY improved, still a little dry, but I'm thinking Armour is going to fix that)  PMS (gone! unless I eat a grain or sugar food)  I know there is more, but can't think of them right now.

I am so impressed you figured this out 25 years ago, there weren't many people advocating for you back then!

Thanks for asking, sorry my reply was so long…LOL
