Keep snacks on hand. I try to keep boiled eggs, nuts, fruits and raw veggies ready to eat. I also like to make hummus to dip the veggies in. I found a good source for nuts and they are guaranteed gluten free it is a website http://www.nutsonline.com . Also, there are many cookbooks and websites for grainfree recipes. Dr. O has a cookbook here and there is one by Elana Amsterdam called, “The Gluten-Free Almond Flour cookbook. I love that book, I make recipes out of it all the time. There is even a sandwich bread recipe, it is different than you are used to eating, but it is great to be able to make a sandwich! (or have a cupcake!)
