Sounds like a good plan. My eczema was slightly improving, then I just went out of town this past weekend. Saturday morning I ate rice, and sure enough, by the afternoon my hand was red and I had little puss bubbles starting! Unbelievable! I remember juice fasting at the beginning of the year for 4 days. My eczema went away completely, then the first meal I had was a vegetable lasagna with rice noodles. Sure enough I broke out. I was thinking it was the tomatoes. I’m gluten sensitive!
