Keep a kitchen diary of all of the new recipes and foods you try. My wife has accumulated a huge notebook of recipes over the years and it helps to be able to reference it when deciding what to eat.
Watch the tutorials and make sure that you understand the difference between traditional and TRUE gluten free.
