TOMATO CHOWDER

Blend:

1 cup almonds – soaked over night

2 cups pure water

Add:

1 cup cashews-soaked overnight

Blend until creamy.

Add:

1 cup pure water

½ cup olive oil (could cut to less)

1 tsp raw honey

1 cup chopped celery

2 chopped tomatoes

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp celtic sea salt

Spinkle with dry parsley before serving.
