I basically eat, meats (grass fed or free range and organic), vegetables (as much organic as possible), fruits(again organic if possible), nuts and nut butters and flours. I have looked up a lot of recipes on here and elanaspantry, spunky coconut and any website you can find with paleo diet recipes. Just keep reading everything you can get your hands on and you will get there. It has been a learning experience for us all, don't beat yourself up about it, just take it one meal at a time. Planning ahead is my best friend for meals. I have to know what I am going to cook, because a lot of my ingredients come from online. I live in a rural area and cannot just run to the big supermarket to buy all of these healthy foods. You will learn to cook just about anything you want, just don't quit reading here and searching on the internet. Make sure you check out the recipe section on this site.
