I have had surprising benefits of not drinking coffee, such as mental stability, improved mood, and healthier teeth.  However, after two months of being caffeine-free, my body still feels like it's healing because I'm really tired a lot of the time.  I think I was really dependent on it, even just from 1-2 cups a day, and think I have burned out adrenals which I think are finally slowely healing which feel like it'll take months to happen.  Anyone else?
