I would like to know the answer to that too! I usually contact the manufacturer and ask questions like are any other gluten containing products processed on the same equipment as this. Most people are real helpful. I just sent a question to a wild rice flour company and they told me there is no way they can guarantee it because it is processed on the same equip as wheat. It was dissapointing, but I made sure I thanked her for the honesty. That meant a lot to me!
