Charlie, you might have other food intolerances which you have no idea about (aside from grains, dairy etc).  I never would have thought some of the foods I reacted to were even bothering me eg. blueberries, pear, pineapple, green beans, red kidney beans, flax, cod..HEALTHY foods!  I was always sluggish and cranky.  I would encourage you to get the test for multiple foods.  I used alcat, but I know elisa is another one that Dr. O recommends.  Once I gave up all the foods I reacted to, I have been feeling a lot better (especially more energy) and finally gaining some weight that had been long awaited.  Good luck!
