Any successes out there from getting out of daily brain fog, depression, eye pain, and fatigue, and un socialability, lack of excitement et. ??
Make sure you are truly gluten free, and it does go away. You can also try puzzles or Soduku, the brain, like muscles needs to be used to keep healthy. The fog does go away though, have patience.
