  • Ultra Protein WafflesWanting to add ‘more’ to your breakfast? The smell of these delicious waffles cooking will brighten any morning!  Enjoy with Organic Maple Syrup. These waffles are power packed with energy, nutrients and BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids)!


    Ingredients:

    ¾ c applesauce

    4 eggs

    1 Tsp vanilla extract

    2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

    1 cup tapioca flour

    1 cup ultra protein powder

    1 Tsp baking powder

    ¼ Tsp cinnamon

    Pinch of salt

    Maple syrup to top

    Preparation Instructions:

    Blend applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract and oil. Add flour, protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Pour mixture into waffle iron. Cook for 5 minutes each waffle. Makes 6 waffles. Enjoy!

    Try also adding 1/2 cup of enjoy life chocolate chips or 1/2 cup of blueberries!
