  • Ultra Protein Blueberry Muffins

    When I saw this recipe for the first time, I knew it was going to be good! Who can resist a good blueberry muffin? These are simply delicious, and with the added protein they replenish your body’s BCAA (Branched Chained Amino Acids) which is always a bonus . If you are craving a moist muffin with an energy kick, these will be you new gluten free best friends!


    3 eggs

    3 Tbsp coconut oil

    1/4 c almond milk

    5 scoops Ultra protein powder

    2 Tsp baking powder

    1/3 c coconut palm sugar

    1 cup blueberries

    ¼ Tsp cinnamon

    Preparation Instructions:

    Blend eggs, oil, milk, powder, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon. Fold in blueberries. Pour mixture into 12 cup muffin tin. Cook at 375 c for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
