  • So easy, you could do it in your sleep. Best gluten free, power packed, pancake to date. I’m serious, these things are so fluffy you won’t believe your eyes. I ate 3 and was able to get to lunch with out being hungry! Great for the morning after a hard workout. Filled with Ultra Protein which replenishes your body’s BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids). Optional:  Add 1/2 c of blueberries or 1/2 c of Enjoy Life Chocolate chips.

    Ingredients:

    1 scoop Ultra protein powder

    1 banana

    2 eggs

    ½ c Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

    Preparation Instructions:

    Mix powder, banana, and eggs. Fold in the chocolate chips. Cook on medium heat 1-2 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
