  • Ultra Protein Chocolate Banana Pankcakes - Chocolate Banana Ultra Protein Pancakes (Gluten Free!)

    So easy, you could do it in your sleep. Best gluten free, power packed, pancake to date. I’m serious, these things are so fluffy you won’t believe your eyes. I ate 3 and was able to get to lunch with out being hungry! Great for the morning after a hard workout. Filled with Ultra Protein which replenishes your body’s BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids). Optional:  Add 1/2 c of blueberries or 1/2 c of Enjoy Life Chocolate chips.

    Ingredients:

    1 scoop Ultra protein powder

    1 banana

    2 eggs

    ½ c Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

    Preparation Instructions:

    Mix powder, banana, and eggs. Fold in the chocolate chips. Cook on medium heat 1-2 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
