Although corn is referred to as a gluten free food item, it is technically not gluten free. The type of gluten found in corn is called zein. This gluten has been shown in a number of published research studies to cause inflammation in those with gluten sensitivity. A list of some of these studies can be reviewed here. Hi Sir, I have read that many of the skincare products have Gluten included in them and I wanted to know if it is bad for our skin? I have been buying skincare products from Nassif MD Skincare deals and want to buy more, but first I want to know about this issue and which ingredients should I look into the skincare products if not Gluten?
