Casey’s Kitchen Gluten Free Peach Scones
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 1/2 cups Almond flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Add chilled 1/3 cup of coconut oil into dry mixture until evenly crumbled,
add 2 eggs
1/4 cup Honey or Agave
Lightly mix it all together.
Add two medium peaches diced. Stir until well mixed.
drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper bake about 14 _ 16 minutes until golden brown. (Test with a toothpick to be sure not gooey in center)Enjoy!
What if you can’t use Almond Flour to due to children’s nut allergies? What is a good substitute flour? Thanks.

I made these tonight and they are sooo good! thanks so much! I did replace the honey/agave with coconut nectar and it was great!!!
Would GFS recommend a brand of almond flour to use that is A-ok for a Celiacs. Preferably a brand that is not running other flours on the lines.
Is there an alternative for the almond flour, I am
allergic to all tree nuts and peanuts?
Try coconut flour or tapioca
I made these tonight and they didn’t turn out! The batter was so dry that I couldn’t even spoon them onto the pan and then they just didn’t turn out at all! Any suggestions this was an expensive experiment!
I haven’t tried them, but I’m thinking along Michelle’s lines, that perhaps there isn’t enough liquid in this recipe? Or?
Mindy, I use Honeyville Farms blanched almond flour because it is certified gluten-free. I have no idea what brand(s) GFS might recommend, but I have used Honeyville Farms almond flour safely for several years (and I am extremely sensitive to the presence of gluten).
